Back in my teenage days, life was like a crazy roller-coaster ride! I was all over the place, dealing with emotional storms and feeling totally lost. And despite diving into self-help & emotional intelligence books and seeing life coaches, I couldn’t find that sense of fulfillment I was looking for. It wasn’t until later, on a personal journey of inside out self-discovery, than outside in, the external validation model, that things finally clicked into place.
